Request for refunds must be received within 15 days of Invoice/Receipt Date. Upon approval, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and will be valid for 15 days. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We recommend and encourage insuring your shipment.
All exchanges and returns must be in unused, original condition with original packaging. There will be a 15% restocking fee for exchanges or returns.
